How to Get Involved
School Uniform Program

Childrens Division will provide the name of a child, exact uniform specifications and the date the uniform is needed.
Once purchased, the uniforms and the request sheet can be returned to the church for the social worker to deliver.
Foster Parent Respite Program
Provide care for foster children in order to relieve foster parents for a day or evening.
This opportunity requires a background check and 4 hours of training for certification.
Once certified, specific families with their specific needs for respite will be made available.
Adopt a Social Worker Program
This is a great opportunity for an entire church or community group to work on together. They will become a resource for a team of social workers.
The church will provide one point of contact for the social worker through which to communicate needs such as furniture, supplies or even small work projects.
When a need arises the social worker will notify the church contact with the specifics.
Once completed the church contact will receive confirmation of completion from the social worker.
Mentoring program
There are many at-risk parents that need some help with basic parenting skills. This program requires the commitment of completing training for mentors and committing one hour per week to the relationship.
The mentor will receive an assignment and begin the mentoring relationship.
There will be monthly accountability for mentors to provide resources and encouragement
