Foster Care
Foster care is temporary care. Foster care is used to provide a safe home for abused and/or neglected children, ages 0-18, who come from all ethnic, social
and economic backgrounds. The primary goal of foster care is to provide a nurturing, temporary home for children until they can reunite with their families or achieve permanency through adoption.
Adoption
Many children across the United States are waiting to
be adopted. These youngsters live in foster homes,
group homes, and residential facilities. Whatever the special need, children grow best in a loving and secure permanent family--one that can make the difference
in their lives.
